We tenderly call ourselves wounded healers. We are no strangers to trauma and the complexities of relationships and life. Our personal experiences with individual therapy and couples therapy revealed pathways to a fuller life and we want to share them with you.

Therapy is a portal to healing and transformation. We believe that attending to your mental health and improving the relationships that you are in can significantly enhance the quality of your life. Intentional Therapy was created to help you with that process.

OUR MISSION is to provide personalized therapeutic methods and evidenced based practices that cater to your individual needs and goals, with the aim of fostering long-lasting positive transformation in your life.  

This practice that you’ve discovered is truly distinctive, with a noteworthy aspect being the sharing of experiences by Dr. Tiffany and Dr. Jeremy – a married couple sharing life for over 11 years. Additionally, Dr. Tiffany and Dr. Jeremy bring a decade of professional experience as practicing therapists to their work.

As you can imagine the two have been through a multitude of life experiences separately and together. Those experiences were the catalyst for studying and developing the niches of the practice which include but are not limited to couples topics, trauma work, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), cancer, grief, loss, anxiety, athletes, performance and productivity.

Now, take a few deep breaths and surrender to the artistic visualization of therapy.

Visualize yourself at the entryway. Feet planted—the cool breeze flowing through your hair and gently kissing your skin. Take a few more deep breaths. Unclench your jaw. Relax your shoulders.

Breathe in. Breathe out.

Time to step out of your comfort zone and pull the curtain aside. Fill yourself with the hope of possibilities as you gaze around and ahead.

Each arch symbolizes a different aspect of your life that are calling for your attention. With loving care you attend to them. You process and move through each arch.

As you journey through the arches you are greeted with the olive branches, which will fill you with peace and tranquility. You notice things seem to feel better: shoulders less tense, you feel lighter and unbothered, more self-aware.

You are INTENTIONAL.

Now you glide through the arches, eagerly pulling the next curtain aside.

Through the work, you are greeted with paradise.

Feet planted on the terrace you realize that your perspective has forever changed and things look and feel different on the other side.
